40 g cebuli
5 g pietruszki zielonej
5 szt oliwek zielonych
Łyżka majonezu
Łyżka jogurtu
Pół łyżeczki soli
Szczypta pieprzu
Całość zmiksować. 30 sec/7obr.
Pyszna, wyrazista w smaku. I ekspresowa w przygotowaniu.

    To jest prawdziwie zero waste – początkowo byłam sceptyczna, że w thermomixie można oszczędzić ale diametralnie zmieniłam zdanie. Nawet mój mąż początkowo nieprzekonany je zmienił. Pozdrawiam.
